I’ve paddled lots of races on this course, but that time I was back for a paddle festival. This is where I tested loads of different demo-boats and decided to get a Wavesport Diesel. Contrary to lots of advice I got, I found it was the boat that handled most like a slalom boat for me. I guess I pay more attention to how the edges behave rather than the tail.
