This page is organised chronologically, with the oldest articles shown first. Do scroll down, however, there’s lots of interesting stuff there. Why not check out how my very first paddle went? Or how I started competing? Or what I love about the every-day messing about in boats that happens spontaneously before, after or instead of training sessions?
My main aim was to collect all these in one place. Sometimes they’re lovely, detailed texts, sometimes they’re mostly photos. They vary in length and style. I hope it’s fun to browse anyway!
I’ve dated them as closely as I could to when what I’m writing about happened. Until November 2020, they’re all written in retrospect, though.
